Toefl note taking

It is very difficult to note taking
Our previous education system just keep track of teachers writing
And remember teacher's saying and lining teacher's key point on textbook
But toefl note taking is paraphrase and summary
And the listening speed is incredible I am busy to understand
Don't note taking whenever I did not figure out
If I had recognize the passage I don't take note orderly
This is important as habit of power
Language speaking , writing , summary, paraphrase should become lifelong habit
